1. Who operates this site

2. Cookies we use

• Sign-in — cookies named sb-…-auth-token (sometimes split into numbered parts) are set by Supabase, our authentication provider, to keep you signed in to your dashboard. They are removed when you sign out.
• Currency choice — bifm_currency remembers whether you chose to see prices in GBP or USD. It is a first-party cookie kept for one year.
• Payments — when you pay, you move to Stripe's secure checkout or billing portal. Stripe sets its own cookies there for security and fraud prevention, under Stripe's cookie policy.

3. Other browser storage

We also use your browser's local storage, which stays on your device:

• bifm_intake_website_v1, bifm_intake_webapp_v1 and bifm_intake_quote_v1 save your intake form answers as you go, so a refresh doesn't lose your work. Each is cleared when you submit that form.
• bifm_pending_project_v1 and bifm_pending_project_currency_v1 remember a website brief that is saved but not yet paid for, so you can return to payment. They are cleared after payment.
• bifm_cookie_notice_v1 remembers that you have seen our cookie notice.

4. Why we don't ask for consent

Everything listed above is strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for, or remembers a choice you made, so it does not need consent. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before using it.

5. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the sign-in cookies will stop you signing in, and clearing local storage will remove any unsent form drafts. Clearing them does not delete data already stored on our servers; to ask for that, see the Privacy Policy.

6. Sites we build for you

The visitor-count script we can add to sites we deliver sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses.
